Nutrition Consultation

$50/hour

No amount of training can compensate for a poor diet.  As an athlete, proper nutrition is key for your training, recovery, racing, and all around health.  During your nutrition consultation, we will discuss nutrient timing, fueling for performance, and pre-post workout meals.  Understanding how to support your body with the proper nutrients can help your feel great, while you pursue your goals!
